For Australian businesses with an ABN
An AI assistant that reads your supplier bills, keeps track of who owes you money, drafts polite payment reminders and matches bank transactions — then waits for your OK. Works alongside your bookkeeper, not instead of them.
Illustration with made-up businesses and figures.
Most small teams don’t need more software. They need someone to do the first pass so a person can check it in minutes instead of hours.
PDFs in the inbox, a few on paper, one via Peppol. Someone copies amounts, GST and due dates into the ledger and hopes nothing is entered twice.
Reminders go out when someone remembers. The awkward ones get put off, and by the time anyone calls, the invoice is two months old.
BAS, wages, super and the big supplier run all land at once. Without a forecast, the squeeze shows up on the day, not six weeks ahead.
Rules, permissions and the AI providers we use are agreed in writing before go-live.
Reads bills from your inbox, PDF uploads and Peppol eInvoices, and prepares them for your accounting software.
| Supplier | Check | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Coastline Packaging | OK | A$2,486.00 |
| Metro Courier Co | Possible duplicate | A$318.40 |
| Ridge Electrical | New bank details | A$5,940.00 |
| Southern Office Supply | OK | A$212.75 |
Example: bills checked before they reach your ledger.
Keeps an up-to-date list of who owes what, and drafts reminders that sound like you on a good day.
Hi Priya,
Just a quick follow-up on invoice INV-1042 for A$1,760.00, which was due on 10 October. I’ve attached a copy in case it went astray.
If it’s already on its way, please ignore this — and thanks!
Sam
Example draft. You edit, approve or skip.
Matches money in and out against open invoices and bills, so your team only looks at the transactions that genuinely need a human.
| Bank line | Match | Status |
|---|---|---|
| HARBOUR DENTAL PTY | INV-1038 | Matched |
| DIRECT CREDIT 88213 | INV-1040 + 1041 | Matched |
| TRANSFER J SMITH | ? | Needs you |
Example: 38 of 41 lines matched automatically.
A rolling forecast built from what you’re owed, what you owe and the dates that matter in Australia.
Example: projected closing balance per week. The low point is flagged six weeks ahead.
The assistant does the preparation overnight and through the day. Your team spends a few focused minutes reviewing and approving.
Yesterday’s transactions are reconciled; three uncertain ones are set aside.
Nine bills from the inbox and Peppol, one flagged for changed bank details.
Approve the bills, call Ridge Electrical to confirm the new BSB, check the three bank lines.
Four overdue invoices, each with the right tone and a copy attached.
Three reminders approved; one key client marked “I’ll call them myself”.
The cash forecast rolls forward with today’s payments and promises.
| Task | Today | With the assistant |
|---|---|---|
| Supplier bills | Typed in one by one from PDFs and emails | Read, coded and checked; you approve in a batch |
| Changed bank details | Easy to miss in a busy week | Flagged every time, with a prompt to verify by phone |
| Overdue invoices | Chased when someone has time | Reminders drafted on schedule, sent only when you approve |
| Bank reconciliation | A half-day job at month end | Done daily; you only see the exceptions |
| Cash planning | A spreadsheet updated now and then | A 13-week forecast that rolls forward every day |
| Month end for your bookkeeper | Missing receipts and loose ends | Clean, reconciled data and a short summary of open items |
If you raise or receive more than about 50 invoices a month, the review is worth 30 minutes of your time.
Lots of supplier bills, progress claims and customers who pay late.
Many small receivables, health fund remittances and practice costs.
Retainers, project invoices and contractors to pay on time.
High bill volumes, freight charges and tight payment terms.
Daily supplier deliveries, card settlements and wage-heavy weeks.
Fuel, tolls, subcontractors and customers on 30-to-60-day terms.
Recurring maintenance jobs, strata and agency invoices.
Use it for client files and spend your time on advice, not data entry.
We write these rules into your setup and your contract. They aren’t settings someone can quietly switch off.
Coding suggestions, duplicate and bank-detail checks, reminder drafts, bank matches, forecast updates and month-end summaries.
Approving bills and reminders, authorising payments, agreeing payment plans, late fees or legal steps, and everything lodged with the ATO.
No credit card on the website. After the free review you receive a written quote.
30 minutes on video: your volumes, software, bank and biggest headaches.
Written quote, data processing terms, then read-only access to your files.
We connect sources, set coding rules and approvals, and test on your real data.
Your team approves with one click. We check in weekly for the first month.
Monthly fee plus one-off setup. Minimum 3 months, then month-to-month. All prices exclude GST.

Before anything is connected, you get the details in writing: which AI models we use, who provides them, where data is stored and for how long.
We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, whatever our turnover.
We prefer Australian data centres. Anything processed overseas is named in your quote.
We only use AI services that contractually don’t train their models on customer data.
Read-only where possible. We can’t move money: payment files are uploaded by you.
Every suggestion, approval and edit is logged with who did it and when.
When you leave, we export your data and delete it within 30 days unless the law says otherwise.
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly — a person replies, not a bot.
No. The assistant prepares day-to-day admin work. Your bookkeeper, BAS agent or accountant still reviews the books and handles BAS, tax returns and advice — they just get cleaner data to work with.
Most of our setups use Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks Online. Other systems can often work through exports. We confirm what’s possible for your setup in the free review, before you commit to anything.
Yes. Bills that arrive through Peppol eInvoicing are read alongside PDFs and email attachments, so everything lands in the same approval queue.
No. It prepares payment batches and reminder drafts. Payments are authorised by your staff in your own bank, and messages are only sent after someone approves them.
Whenever a supplier’s BSB or account number differs from what’s on record, the bill is flagged and held. We recommend confirming the change by phone using a number you already have — never the one on the new bill.
Only if your terms and conditions allow it. Australia has no general automatic late-payment interest for business invoices, so it depends on what your customers agreed to. The assistant can calculate fees under your terms; whether to charge them is always your call.
Most businesses are live within 3–4 weeks of accepting the quote. The first week usually shows how much manual keying and matching disappears.
In the free review we map your current process and volumes. If the assistant won’t pay for itself, we’ll tell you — no hard sell.
We reply within one business day to find a 30-minute slot that suits you.
We look at your setup together: software, bank, volumes and what hurts most.
You get a written quote with modules, AI providers and data locations — or a frank “not worth it”.
