No surprises on your invoice
Nothing is paid on the website. After the free review you receive a written quote, and you only commit when you sign it.
- Setup: 50% when you accept the quote, 50% at go-live
- Monthly fee in advance, with a tax invoice showing GST
- Pay by direct debit or EFT — no card surcharges
- Minimum term of 3 months, then month-to-month
- Cancel with 30 days’ notice by email
- On exit we export your data and delete it within 30 days

Questions about pricing
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices are in AUD and exclude GST, which is added to your tax invoice.
Is there a free trial?
Instead of a trial we offer a free 30-minute review and a shadow run during setup, where you see results on your own data before going live.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up at any time and down at the end of any month after the minimum term.
Is the setup fee refundable?
The first half covers work we start straight away, so it isn’t refundable once setup begins. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Do you work with bookkeepers and BAS agents?
Yes. Many clients bring theirs into the review. For practices managing several client files, the Custom plan is usually the right fit.
