Purpose of this website
This website describes AI-assisted software for the administration of Australian businesses (supplier bills, receivables and reminders, bank reconciliation and cash flow forecasting) and lets you book a free workflow review. The service is for businesses with an ABN. Nothing can be bought or paid for online.
Limits of the service
Getclearedby provides AI-assisted software for business administration. We are not a registered tax agent or BAS agent and do not give tax, BAS, financial or legal advice. We don’t make payments on your behalf, hold client money or act as a debt collector. Lodgements stay with you and your bookkeeper, BAS agent or accountant, and your authorised staff approve every payment and every message.
Use of artificial intelligence
We use AI as a support tool. People make the decisions, and clients are told in writing which AI tools are used, who provides them and where data is processed. We follow the Australian Government’s voluntary guidance on safe and responsible AI. Where an AI system communicates with people directly, we say so clearly.
The examples on this website (screens, emails, tables and charts) are pre-written illustrations with fictional businesses and figures. No AI model runs on this website and no data is sent to one.
